Vision: HIRE a ‘Social Marketer’ to issue social media content from action (not words) for 1) PEOPLE: Seven Teachings, explain/blog what we are about, offering LoveLiving, 2) for ENVIRONMENT: ‘Garden By The Sea’, show action getting construction started, offering ‘Cottage By The Sea’, for 3) COMMUNITY: Business Plan, work/blog with Carbonaro, offering Julie Ellen Robbins Foundation.

Goal: REVENUE GENERATION. Phase 1) Obtain Sales Traction to prove our product line concept with online events that give to those who Like/Comment. Social Marketer personally engages with seven points of contact for each Like/Comment. Phase 2) Deliver our proven product line to the ONE NATIVE film documentary crowdfunding arena (Kickstarter, etc). PHASE 3) We invest $45k revenue earned from 3 Day Island Tour to purchase our VW Camper Bus ‘LILY’ and start filming the Tiny Home Sisterhood > Tony Home Hawai’i > HGTV > ‘Cottage By The Sea’ > ‘Garden By The Sea’ > ‘LoveLiving Wellness’ > ‘Retreats, Workshops, and Gatherings.

People

We are hiring a Blogger with passion for native roots going back to the Ancient Elders. We are delivering LoveLiving Wellness to our audience. One Native is Seven Teachings, offering LoveLiving. We are hiring based on passion for wellness in Hawai’i

Duties:

·       Teach/blog one of the Seven Teachings to expose One Native as a continuum of the Ancient Elders’ Law of Spiritual Success.

·       Have a connection to spirit, be the One Native advocating ‘Support Your Awakening’ to follow your passion.

·       Be a Truth Seeker, use your weekly blog to express what it feels like to be working on a film documentary called One Native.

·       Be the gift to teach in an uplifting way, deliver one of the Seven Teachings as a message of One Native teaching the Power of Ancient Elders when we apply Seven Teachings within our 70,000 thoughts each day. Offer 3 Day Island Tour in EVERY social marketing posting.

·       Social market LoveLiving teaching the emotional stability of love, honesty, respect, truth, courage, humility, and wisdom.

·       Deliver Education For The People teaching self-reliance. Offer LILY Education For The People in EVERY social marketing posting.

·       Be sentimental about your past. Be socially active everywhere! Fill up the events calendar for People, events calendar for Environment, and events calendar for Community.

Environment

We are Hiring for our 'Cottage By The Sea'. We need a Blogger with passion for Tiny Homes. Trainign , etc, provided, juts bring your passion, we will provide you everything you need to have fun in Hawai’i with a very cool group of people.

Duties:

·       To kick things off we have a tremendous amount of excitement about our future as we bring to life the Tiny Home Sisterhood to launch ‘Tiny Home Hawai’i’ on HGTV so we can deliver Tiny Home Big Heart to a Veteran in need. Bottom line, we MUST offer LILY Cottage By The Sea in EVERY social marketing posting.

·       Our social marketing updates must appeal to young people, they are the foundation we are building our social marketing efforts around. We want to inspire them to join Tiny Home Sisterhood so they can help us build Garden By The Sea.

·       Our social marketing updates must appeal to Elders. We want to inspire them to join the Julie Ellen Robbins Foundation so they can help us by understanding the features & benefits of Cottage By The Sea.

·       Our social marketing updates must appeal to Tiny Home Nation, the HGTV audience looking for an island vibe lifestyle. Social market the attributes that ‘Garden By The Sea’ offers, such as self-reliance and multi-dimensional features and benefits.

·       Create a video for fundraiser event by discussing LILY to haul scaled model of ‘Cottage By The Sea’ on Trailer by organizing the Tiny Home Sisterhood for promoting Tiny Home Sisterhood Membership by social marketing features and benefits of the island lifestyle of Tiny Home Resource Directory.

·       We were on HGTV with our first location in 2012. We are going back to HGTV with our presentation proposal based on action of the Tiny Home Sisterhood hosting/filming Tiny Home Community Conversations with Music For The People, and entertaining island tour guides.

·       Presentation for proposed national television show to HGTV, Tiny Home Hawai’i, collaborate with a professional marketing firm for the high level quality that must be produced to have our voice heard within HGTV.

·       Create video of lifestyle wrapped around Cottage By The Sea for professional marketing firm by illustrating ‘designed by heart’ approach of passion-based interior and exterior, ‘join our design crew’, be on HGTV with us’ and social marketing Design Consultation

·       Tremendous interest in alternative living options in Hawai’i due to highest in America housing costs. Tiny Homes as a big hit, public is demanding answers, Tiny Home Sisterhood follows the public’s interest. ‘ONE NATIVE’ is a cultural gift to the Hawai’ian Nation. Our ‘Julie Ellen Robbins Foundation’ is One Native writing a New Story with Optimistic Vibe offering Wisdom of Elders. We are hiring a person filled with passion for Cultural Advocacy.

Duties:

·       Pono Imua initative is the driver for everything Optimisitc Vibe is designed to do. Every bit of social marketing has to broadcast that Pono Imua is the cultural gift designed to deliver Benefit Corporations widespread across the island because of the tremendous value the B-Corp delivers to People, Environment, and Community.

·       The purpose of the Julie Ellen Robbins Foundation is to fund the resources, tools, and platform and start-up capital for an employee to bring their B-Corp project to life.

·       Optimistic Vibe was designed at a university level by professionals to introduce a model that conforms to the government’s improved hybrid type of corporation called a Benefit Corportation

·       The goal of Optimistic Vibe is different from a business, our mission is Pono Imua… to deliver good to people, environment, and community.

·       As a Benefit Corporation, in the next twelve months Optimistic Vibe will be financially set, at that point we deliver Education For The People to the Community at the Paperchase Café Coffeehouse

·       Education For The People is focused on providing the public free access to advocacy of social concerns effecting people, environment, and community.

•        The Wisdom of Elders project is Seniors offering One Hand Up assistance to the Tiny Home Sisterhood members that value guidance, wisdom, and healthy advice from those who have lived it.

•       The Wisdom of Elders project is members of the Tiny Home Sisterhood delivering to school children via classroom workshops, children exploring the enjoyment of 'interviewing' their Elders with an important opportunity to capture and share in their life lesson message.

•       Create a video in Hawai’i and organize Senior activity, and publish our marketing material to get the word out about One Hand Up, and the school workshop program for the school children.

•       Introduce Wisdom of Elders,to members of the Tiny Home Sisterhood and our audience.

                                       ii.         Inspire those of our Audience not coming to Hawai’i (yet) to follow us like a television show by regularly scheduling the release of our tour guide as part of a series they can follow to vicariously follow our adventures in Hawai’i with stunning photos, exciting stories, and interesting people.

What are we trying to do?

Once we have the social marketing capability to reach our audience, our efforts to be shown on HGTV (for a second time) via our film documentary for Sundance Film Festival will introduce Optimistic Vibe to Good Morning America, The Today Show, and CNN.

Each message promotion will have related images uploaded as daily social media to Pinterest, Instagram, Twitter, and Tumblr, and re-directed to Post on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google+.
